SQL Server raises error 9767 at severity 16, which marks a problem with the query or data that you can correct.
The security certificate bound to database principal (Id: %i) has been disabled for use with BEGIN DIALOG. See the Books Online topics "Certificates and Service Broker" for an overview and "ALTER CERTIFICATE (Transact-SQL)" for syntax to make a certificate ACTIVE FOR BEGIN_DIALOG.
